A Talented In-House Toolroom and Largest Fourslide Fleet in Northeast
Clover is unique in that it has more large capacity wire forming machines than any other company in the Northeast and perhaps on the entire Atlantic coast. Our fourslide machines are capable of bending 3/8” diameter wire, and can feed out as much as 39” of wire.
In addition we have a multi-head automatic wire bending machine that has a capacity of 0.315” diameter and depending upon the configuration about a 60” maximum feed length. Unlike CNC machines, our equipment uses hard tooling and offers far better part-to-part repeatability. Also unlike a CNC machine, our equipment is vastly more efficient with production rates typically three or four times as fast as the CNC machines.
